Delivery Times

Our fulfillment process typically takes 1 to 3 days. We provide email tracking information promptly following shipping dispatch. Some orders may have individual tracking codes per item.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • US & Canada: 4-10 days
  • UK & EU: 4-10 days
  • International: 7-14 days

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

Potential Delays:
Please note that orders may be delayed due to credit approval, customs processing, customization, or remote delivery. Most orders ship within 3 business days (up to 5 during peak times). You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Locations

All orders are shipped from our locations in the US, Asia, and Europe. If any part of your order is shipped from Asia or Europe, you'll be informed in the order confirmation email. Once your packages have been dispatched, you'll receive one or more emails with your tracking numbers.

No additional taxes or duties will be charged for your items.

How to Track Your Order

Delivery begins once your order is confirmed, with a 24-72 hour window for processing and dispatching your items. Please be aware that this may extend over weekends.

If any items are shipping from a different location, the delivery timeline may be extended.

As soon as your package(s) leave our global hubs, you’ll receive tracking details via email to monitor your order’s journey. You can also track your delivery status by visiting the Track My Order section in your account.

Shipping Charge

Our shipping options range from $5.95 for United States and $9.95 for all other countries. Depending on your global location we will provide the best shipping options available. That includes all duties, essential taxes, and carrier fees for every customer, regardless of your shipping destination.

How to Change Your Address

We understand that sometimes address changes are needed after an item ships. However, please be aware that this may incur an address change fee. It's advisable to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase to prevent this.
