Can I still change my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, like canceling an item or switching to a different size, contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help out. Just keep in mind, we can't add items to an order that's already been placed.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our locations in the US, Asia, and Europe. If any part of your order is shipped from Asia or Europe, you'll be informed in the order confirmation email. Once your packages have been dispatched, you'll receive one or more emails with your tracking numbers.

No additional taxes or duties will be charged for your items.

Do you provide price adjustments for items that go on sale?

We cannot provide price adjustments on sale items, additional markdowns or special promotion items that are temporarily reduced.

What size should I buy?

Garment sizing and fit can differ. To ensure you find the perfect size, check the 'Size and Fit' tab and review the product measurements on each product page.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your payment method will be charged immediately upon completing your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are based in New York but our delivery services extend to most of the world. If you are concerned about your countries shipping availability please reach out to us at sales@attere.com
