Exchanges and Returns

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, including all tags and inserts must be included.
  • Returns must be post-marked within 30 days of receiving the item.

We Cannot Accept Returns of:

  • Non-Returnable Products (or Products Marked "Final Sale")
  • Products not in their original condition and packaging
  • Gift Cards

Upon return, the refund amount will be processed, deducting the real shipping costs for both initial delivery and return, irrespective of any prior free shipping benefits. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

To ensure a smooth return process, please return items unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

Exchanges for a different size or color are free of charge (depending on availability). If you're outside the US, taxes and duties may apply. For a different style, return your item for store credit and place a new order for your desired piece.

Initiating A Return

Contact Customer Care team at returns@attere.com. They will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Preparing Your Item For Return

Unless directed otherwise by Attere, all returns must be shipped using the same method as your original order (e.g., UPS, Freight, etc.). Our team will provide you with specific shipping instructions.

Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. You'll receive a refund for the full purchase price, including tax, but note that outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged and Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us at support@attere.com immediately. Do not attempt to repair or return the item before contacting us.

Repeated Returns

Our flexible return policy is designed to enhance your online shopping experience. However, we do track the frequency of returns to ensure that purchases are made for personal use and not for commercial or fraudulent purposes. Excessive or repeated returns that violate our terms and conditions will be flagged for review.

Receiving a Refund

We'll notify you as soon as your return has been received and processed. If you've returned items separately, expect an email for each individual shipment.

Once your refund is finalized, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can opt to have your refund credited back to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method:

  • Credit Card: Your account will be credited within 10 business days after we receive your items.
  • PayPal: Your refund will appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours after the refund email is sent.

As long as your return complies with our policy, we'll refund the full value of your items if returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Shipping Costs

When you return an item, the refund will be issued after deducting the actual shipping costs for both the original delivery and the return, regardless of any previous free shipping offers. Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
